Blasting is an efficient surface cleaning process for metal surfaces, performed in a blasting chamber using a jet of particles applied to the surfaces to remove all defects resulting from machining or the corrosive action of atmospheric agents.
Through blasting, the following operations can be achieved:
– Removal of a wide range of impurities or unwanted surface defects;
– Obtaining a rough surface that ensures good adhesion for paint or metal coatings;
– Achieving matte surfaces as a final operation after high-precision processing.

Starting with 2015, Electroutilaj SA Campina is equipped with two equipments for the treatment and regeneration of used transformer oils or oils that no longer have normal operating parameters. Manufactured by the Swiss company Micafluid, these installations have the capacity to bring used transformer oil to the standards of new oil.
VOP 30
The VOP 30 system performs drying and filtering of oil to remove impurities. It can be used both in workshops and on-site at the beneficiary’s location, particularly for large, non-transportable transformers.
CRP 3000
The CRP 3000 system is designed for complete transformer oil regeneration. It provides oil purification, regeneration, and particle removal, with its primary function being the elimination of acidity, sludge, and other impurities from degraded oil. The CRP regeneration unit can operate independently or in combination with an oil treatment system such as the VOP 30.
The TruPunch 3000 can punch, perforate, thread, bend, and engrave steel, aluminum, and stainless steel sheets.
Technical Specifications
- Working area (X x Y): 3,000 x 1,500 mm
- Maximum sheet thickness: 6.4 mm
- Maximum workpiece weight: 230 kg
- Maximum punching force: 180 kN
Technical Specifications
- Bending force: 850 KN
- Bending length: 2210/2720 mm
- Table throat opening: 1750/2260 mm
- Maximum distance between ram and table: 505/735 mm

It also measures active and reactive electrical power, as well as the inrush current of motors. It functions as a network analyzer, capable of determining energy consumption fluctuations over a 24-hour period (including harmonics 3 and 5), aiding in the design of automatic capacitor banks and network filters.
This is a portable blasting system with a free jet. It can be widely used, ranging from outdoor blasting to blasting chamber systems. The blasting process is one of the most effective methods for cleaning or finishing the surfaces of any type of solid material.
Blasting Agents Used in Pressure Blasting Systems
- Quartz sand – granulated
- Glass beads
- Corundum
- Plastic material pellets
- Corn cob pellets
- Steel shot
- Steel pellets
- Stainless steel pellets
The cleaning degree is defined by the ISO 8501-1 standard, starting from the quality of the metal surfaces to be blasted.
